Total transparency about what we track.
Partenero sells software for Customer Success, Customer Experience and AI agents. At every touchpoint — including this website — we seek absolute clarity about what we collect and why. This policy is part of that public commitment, alongside the Privacy Policy and the LGPD page.
What cookies are
Small files with specific purposes.
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They serve to remember preferences, maintain authenticated sessions, measure aggregated use and — when you consent — attribute marketing campaigns. There are session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) and persistent cookies (with an expiration date). First-party cookies come from partenero.com; third-party cookies come from partner domains.
Why we use cookies
Four purposes, nothing more.

Remember preferences like language and theme. Improve the experience without tracking behavior. Active by default; can be turned off in the panel.

Analytics
Aggregated and anonymized usage metrics (pages viewed, time, flows). We use Plausible (privacy-first, no persistent cookies) by default and Google Analytics 4 only for customers who accept both.
Explicit opt-in
Marketing
LinkedIn and Meta pixels to attribute B2B campaign performance and build custom audiences (professional profiles only). Inactive until you consent.

Similar technologies

Local Storage and Session Storage
We store interface preferences and temporary state. We do not use for cross-site tracking.
SDK identifiers
Plausible and GA4 generate daily rotated identifiers, with no cross-site correlation.
Pixels and tags
Small images or scripts from LinkedIn and Meta. They only load after marketing consent.
Fingerprinting
We do not use canvas, font, audio or WebGL fingerprinting to identify devices.
Cookies in product vs site
Two environments, two regimes.
The marketing site (partenero.com) is covered by this policy and by a consent banner. The authenticated platform application only uses strictly necessary cookies for delivering the contracted service — session, authentication, RBAC, audit and security. We do not run third-party marketing or analytics cookies inside the product. Product metrics are generated by our backend based on contracted events, per the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the customer and Partenero.
Consent management
You decide, anytime.
On your first visit, we show a banner with three options: accept all, reject optional, or customize per category. Your choice is stored in the ptn_consent cookie and respected on all subsequent visits. You can change it anytime via the Cookie preferences button in the footer. Refusing optional cookies does not affect delivery of the site or the product.
Automatic signals
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals when sent by the browser: we treat them as refusal of optional cookies. Do Not Track (DNT), being a non-standardized signal, is not universally honored; we recommend the preferences panel or GPC.
Updates
When this policy changes.
We update this page whenever we change cookies, purposes or providers. The date above reflects the current version. Material changes trigger a new consent banner prompt. Previous versions are available on request.
