Partenero was born from the conviction that customer management, support and AI must live in the same system.

Most companies treat customer management as a spreadsheet problem. A CRM for sales. A ticketing tool for support. A duct-taped bot for automation. In between, the Customer Experience and Customer Success teams are operating across different sources of truth, with no time to stop and think.
Partenero started in 2020 with a simple idea: customer management isn't a department, it's the entire company. If the customer lives on WhatsApp, WhatsApp is the heart, not a plugin. If AI can resolve 90% of the operational load, it should, and the human team should focus on what moves revenue.
Today we serve Customer Success, Customer Experience and ops teams across companies in multiple countries and of every size, from SaaS scale-ups to industries with thousands of B2B customers. The name Partenero comes from 'partner': we want to be the platform that turns customers into actual partners.
